目的为确保甲酚皂消毒液在使用时的安全,对其进行急性毒性和致突变试验研究。方法小鼠急性经口毒性试验和家兔皮肤刺激试验,并以 LD_(50)(3 160 mg/kg)为依据,设计出致突变试验小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸变试验剂量分组,分别为1/2 LD_(50):1 600 mg/kg,1/5 LD_(50):640 mg/kg,1/20 LD_(50):160 mg/kg。结果甲酚皂消毒液对小鼠急性经口 LD_(50)是3 160 mg/kg,属低毒;甲酚皂消毒液原液对家兔皮肤有中等刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸变试验甲酚皂各组与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),与阳性对照组(环磷酰胺)比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论甲酚皂消毒液急性经口属低毒物,无致突变作用,皮肤刺激试验为中等刺激性。
Objective To ensure the safety of cresol soap disinfectant in use, its acute toxicity and mutagenicity test study. Methods Acute oral toxicity test and skin irritation test in rabbits were carried out.
