最近,我厂为兄弟厂协作加工了三件φ120×9000mm 的大型焊接筒体.加工的方法是利用现有的动力头、变速箱和花盘,搭成积木式土设备来加工.筒体为16mm 钢板焊接件,刚度很差,需加工的三段400mm 宽的环是用焊接方法焊上去的.其中,除中间一段可连续切削外,其余两段均为断续切削,冲击载荷大.对于要加工如此大件,我厂是第一次,市内兄弟厂也少见。通过努力,加工后的工件尺寸精度达到φ3120_(-1.5)~(-0.5),光洁度▽5。现将加工方法介绍如下:
