目的通过对加速器放射治疗工作人员和公众受潜在照射的危险概率的分析,为辐射危害评价提供参考。方法基于加速器放射治疗设置的辐射安全设施,分析加速器放射治疗工作人员和公众受潜在照射的危险概率。结果放射工作人员的年总潜在照射危险概率为1.8×10~(-4),公众成员年总潜在照射危险概率为6×10~(-7),符合ICRP 103建议的年危险概率约束值。结论在潜在照射控制上,加速器检测与维修环节较患者常规放射治疗更为重要,防止人员误留在加速器室内受意外照射是需要强调的环节。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a reference for the evaluation of radiation hazard by analyzing the probability of potential exposure of accelerator radios and its public. Methods Based on the radiation safety facilities set up by accelerator radiotherapy, the probability of potential radiation exposure to accelerator radiographers and the public was analyzed. Results The annual total potential exposure risk of radiographers was 1.8 × 10 ~ (-4), and the total potential exposure risk of public members was 6 × 10 ~ (-7), which was in line with the ICRP 103 recommended annual hazard probability constraint. Conclusion In the potential of radiation control, the accelerator detection and repair routine is more important than routine radiotherapy. To prevent accidental stay of personnel in the accelerator room is an important point to be emphasized.
