为了探讨近年来解脲支原体（Ｕｕ）引起泌尿生殖道感染的情况，我们从１９９６年９月至１９９７年１０月对２０８５例泌尿生殖道感染患者标本进行了Ｕｕ的分离培养。结果显示：Ｕｕ阳性数为１０２２例，总阳性率４９．０２％，其中以２１～３０岁、３１～４０岁年龄组阳性率最高（５０．０４％～５０．５１％）。在Ｕｕ阳性患者中，尿道炎６２．１５％、不育症５９．２６％、阴道（宫颈）炎５８．６４％、流产（死胎）５０％、前列腺炎４４．４４％、无症状者２２．７６％。本研究表明Ｕｕ已成为泌尿生殖道感染的主要病原体之一。
In order to investigate Urera Urealyticum (UU) -infected genital tract infections in recent years, from September 1996 to October 1997, we isolated and cultured 2085 UU genital tract patients. The results showed that the positive number of Uu was 1022 cases, the total positive rate was 49.02%. The highest positive rate was 50.04% -50.51% in 21-30 years old and 31-40 years old group. In Uu-positive patients, urethritis 62.15%, infertility 59.26%, vaginal (cervix) 58.64%, abortion (stillbirth) 50%, prostatitis 44.44%, asymptomatic 22. 76%. This study shows that Uu has become one of the major pathogens of urogenital tract infections.
