士官任职培训是为适应岗位逐级晋升需要而进行的教育培训,具有明确的目的性、鲜明的针对性和突出的实践性。与目前我军其他院校的士官任职教育一样,部队俱乐部主任任职培训也存在“教非所需、学非所用”现象。究其原因,除全军士官任职培训存在的共性因素之外,俱乐部主任任职培训在“招生”、“培训”、“管理”、“使用”各环节也有着自身特殊原因。针对部队俱乐部主任任职培训所存在的问题,应构建“订单式”人才培养模式,建立“能力本位教育”的课程模块,搭建与部队“联教、联训、联考”的实践教学平台。
