顶管法作为一种地下非开挖技术以其独特的优势已得到了广泛的应用。减摩护壁和泥浆置换是顶管施工的关键工艺,起到减小顶力和控制沉降作用。但随着顶管断面的增大,对泥浆的减摩、土体支护和降低地层扰动的作用提出更高要求。以郑州下穿中州大道超大断面顶管工程为背景,对新型减摩护壁泥浆和固化泥浆的开发研究、压注工艺和实施效果进行了较为系统的阐述。通过实测数据分析比较,验证了新型泥浆的积极作用。
As a kind of underground trenchless technology, pipe jacking method has been widely used for its unique advantages. Anti-friction wall and mud replacement pipe jacking construction is the key process, play to reduce the top force and control the settlement. However, with the increase of pipe jacking section, higher requirements are put forward on the role of anti-friction of mud, support of soil mass and reduction of formation disturbance. Taking the Zhengzhou Zhongzhou Avenue super large section pipe jacking project as a background, the development and research of the new type anti-friction wall and grouting slurry, the injection process and the effect of the new type anti-friction wall were expounded systematically. Through the analysis and comparison of the measured data, the positive effect of the new mud is verified.
