急性闭角型青光眼急性发作是眼科急症,一经确诊,需紧急处理,否则会导致不可逆的视功能损害。由于发作期常伴有全身症状,易与其它系统疾病混淆,且许多全身性疾病及其用药又可诱发本病,导致误诊、误治。结合我院1984年2月以来收治的192例急性发作病人的发病情况,提请临床各科医师注意。1 临床资料所有病例均为1984年2月～2000年3月我科收治的急性发作病人192例,243只眼,其中男78例,女114例,年龄最小45岁,最大81岁,45～54岁33例,55～64岁92例,65～74岁
Acute angle-closure glaucoma is an acute eye attack, once diagnosed, need urgent treatment, otherwise it will lead to irreversible visual impairment. Because the attack often accompanied by systemic symptoms, easy to confuse with other system diseases, and many systemic diseases and their medication can induce this disease, leading to misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Combined with our hospital since February 1984 treated 192 cases of acute episodes of the incidence of patients, draw the attention of all clinical physicians. 1 Clinical data All cases were from February 1984 to March 2000 acute exacerbation of our department in 192 patients, 243 eyes, including 78 males and 114 females, the youngest 45 years old, maximum 81 years old, 45 ~ 54 cases of 33 cases, 92 cases of 55 to 64 years old, 65 to 74 years old
