为提高现有水膜除尘器的除尘效率，在传统式水膜除尘器的基础上，提出一种新型水膜除尘器方案。冷态模化试验的结果表明，新型水膜除尘器的除尘效率在不改变引风机和水耗的前提下可达到９８％ 。
In order to improve the dedusting efficiency of the existing water film deduster, a new water film deduster solution is proposed based on the traditional water film deduster. Cold mold test results show that the new water film dust removal efficiency without changing the induced draft fan and water consumption under the premise of up to 98%.
