文章研究了0.5%OV-17涂渍硅烷玻璃微球柱在低压下的色谱行为,并与其在常压下的特性相比较,有更快的分析速度,更低的柱温且其灵敏度有很大提高犤1犦,分离度亦有所改善。从热力学方面测出OV-17涂渍柱低压下的X1,1n(a1/w1)∞△G1∞比常压下有所减小,且与保留时间变化一致。
