目的 :人口趋向快速老龄化发展 ,因老龄社会需求带来的各种社会问题日益增加 ,这已是人类发展的重要课题。方法 :结合上海现有卫生民政服务资源分析上海老龄化现状。结果和结论 :老龄人口呈较高速度增快 ,解决老龄化需求的各种资源不足 ,急需进一步开拓社区资源 ,发挥社区服务优势 ,完善各级医院与社区双向转诊制度 ,才能更好地做好老龄化社会保健与康复 Purpose: The population tends to develop rapidly and ageing, and social problems caused by the needs of aging society are increasing. This is an important issue for human development. Methods: The current status of Shanghai’s aging population was analyzed based on the existing health and civil service resources in Shanghai. Results and Conclusions: The aging population is growing at a higher rate, and various resources for addressing the needs of aging are in short supply. It is urgent to further develop community resources, give full play to the advantages of community services, and improve the two-way referral system for hospitals and communities at all levels in order to do better.
