交通部于1985年颁布了JTJ023—85《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(以下简称《新桥规》)。《新桥规》采用极限状态法计算受弯(压、拉等)构件,并规定从87年1月1日起废止按容许应力法计算构件的旧《桥规》。我们根据部颁《新桥规》中钢筋混凝土受弯构件部分中的各项规定编制了这一程序。其内容包括钢筋布置、主筋起弯、正截面强度验算、斜截面抗剪强度验算及箍筋间距、跨中最大裂缝宽度、各种荷载作用下的挠度计算。在此主要介绍对《新桥规》各项规定的组织及程序编制思路。源程序及其使用说明因篇幅所限本刊从略。
Ministry of Communications promulgated JTJ023-85 “Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts” (hereinafter referred to as “Xinqiao Regulation”) in 1985. The Newbridge Regulation adopts the limit state method to calculate the components of bending (compression, pulling, etc.) and provides for the repeal of the old “bridge gauge” which computes the components according to the allowable stress method since January 1, 1987. We have compiled this procedure in accordance with the provisions of the flexural members of reinforced concrete sections of the “Xinqiao Regulation” of the ministry. Its contents include the arrangement of steel bars, the bending of main reinforcement, the checking of the strength of normal section, the checking of shear strength of inclined section and the spacing of stirrups, the maximum width of cracks in the span and the deflection calculation under various loads. Here mainly introduce “Xinqiao Regulation” provisions of the organization and procedures for the preparation of ideas. Source code and instructions for use because of space limitations.
