川737和川2802是新培育的抗源种质。采用棉黄萎病和枯萎病不同菌系,在人工接菌病圃或病床鉴定抗病性,按完全双列杂交配制组合,研究抗性遗传。结果表明,两个抗源种质对我国三大生理型11个不同棉黄萎病菌系抗性均好,又抗强致病力的3个棉黄萎病菌系,高抗棉枯萎病。抗性稳定,遗传传递力强,配合效应高,易于转育,是我国抗棉黄萎病多菌系新抗源种质。
Chuan737 and Chuan2802 are newly cultivated anti-germplasm resources. By using different strains of Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt, the disease resistance was identified in artificial inoculation nursery or bed, and the resistance inheritance was studied by complete diallel cross hybridization. The results showed that the two resistant germplasms were resistant to three pathogen strains of Verticillium dahliae, which were resistant to three pathogenicity isolates of 11 cotton pathogens and resistant to strong pathogenicity. It is a new anti-germplasm with resistance to Verticillium dahliae in China. It has the characteristics of stable resistance, strong genetic transmission, high cooperation effect and easy transfection.
