According to the latest world pulp and paper industry report, UPM-Kymmene, the famous Finnish multinational paper company, and the US Champion International Group brewed the largest merger case of the paper industry at the beginning of this century. UPM has taken over the championship group with its own assets of 6.5 billion U.S. dollars.
