在工厂生产中设计插齿刀,不仅要计算插齿刀的设计参数,而且还要计算插齿刀加工中需要的工艺参数,其计算工作量相当大,过去我们采用人工计算,不仅计算效率低,而且很容易出错,更谈不上进行参数的优化选择。使用IBM-PC电子计算机辅助插齿刀设计基本上解决了上述存在的问题,设计效率成倍地提高,插齿刀的各项参数也选择得更加合理。我们编制的插齿刀设计程序的特点是从工厂生产实际出发,不仅要解决插齿刀的设计计算问题,而且要解决工艺
