从我国仪器生产状况出发,推荐光透-重力沉降法(LTS)分析流化催化裂化催化剂韵粒度分布。针对目前国产不同密度的各种裂化催化剂及数个国外同类代表性样品,进行了沉降条件试验,给出了适于试验样品分析用的甘油-水介质组成的参考范围。LTS 法与气动筛分法及扫描电镜直接计数法进行了对比试验,结果表明它与扫描电镜直接计数法吻合,与气动筛分法有良好的对应关系。结合实验结果讨论了 LTS 法的特点:设备简单易操作、准确、灵活、快速,单样分析时间在20分钟以内,比气动筛分法(需时5~6小时)快15倍以上,可以取代该法。
Based on the production status of instruments in our country, it is recommended to analyze the particle size distribution of fluid catalytic cracking catalysts by light transmission - gravity sedimentation method (LTS). Aiming at the various kinds of cracking catalysts with different densities at present and several representative samples of the same kind in foreign countries, the sedimentation conditions were tested and the reference range of glycerol - water media suitable for the analysis of test samples was given. LTS method and pneumatic screening method and scanning electron microscopy direct counting method were compared and the results showed that it coincides with the scanning electron microscopy direct counting method and pneumatic screening method has a good correspondence. According to the experimental results, the characteristics of LTS method are discussed. The device is simple and easy to operate, accurate, flexible and rapid. The analysis time of single sample is less than 20 minutes, which can be replaced by 15 times faster than the pneumatic screening method (5 ~ 6 hours) The law.
