APU在现在飞机设计中占有很重要的位置,但是由于APU本体工作时产生热变形从而引起安装系统的机械变形,这是在APU系统设计中必须解决的一大难题。文章针对APU工作时会产生热变形从而引起APU安装系统的机械变形的问题,提出一种补偿设计方法以抵消APU安装系统的机械变形,避免APU工作时在安装系统内部产生的内应力。文章首先介绍某型APU安装系统在飞机上一般安装形式,然后针对这一安装形式会产生的热变形难题进行补偿设计,最后通过某型APU在飞机上的安装实例对APU安装系统补偿设计进行验证。
APU plays a very important role in the design of aircraft nowadays. However, due to the thermal deformation of the APU itself, the mechanical deformation of the mounting system is a major problem that must be solved in the APU system design. In this paper, aiming at the mechanical deformation of APU installation system caused by thermal deformation when working in APU, a compensation design method is proposed to counteract the mechanical deformation of the APU installation system and avoid the internal stress generated in the installation system during APU operation. The article first introduces the general installation form of a certain APU installation system on the aircraft, then compensates the thermal deformation problem caused by this installation form, and finally verifies the compensation design of the APU installation system by the installation example of a certain APU on the aircraft .
