本文讨论了外磁场中弱磁性矿物粒子的疏水絮凝现象,作者称之为复合絮。试验结果表明,它比单一的疏水絮凝和磁絮凝强烈得多,作者对外磁场中诱导菱锰矿疏水颗粒间总作用势能进行了计算,并讨论了外磁场中疏水絮凝的影响因素。计算结果表明,单一的外磁场不能形成强烈絮凝,它可以强化疏水絮凝过程,外磁场的作用在于减小以至消除疏水颗粒间总相互作用势能的能垒,从而使絮团过程更容易产生,这正好与试验结果相吻合。
In this paper, the hydrophobic flocculation of weakly magnetic mineral particles in an external magnetic field is discussed. The author calls this composite floc. The experimental results show that it is much stronger than single hydrophobic flocculation and magnetic flocculation. The total potential energy of rhodochrosite hydrophobic particles induced by the external magnetic field is calculated and the influencing factors of hydrophobic flocculation in external magnetic field are discussed. The results show that a single external magnetic field can not form strong flocculation, which can strengthen the hydrophobic flocculation process. The effect of the external magnetic field is to reduce or even eliminate the energy barrier of the total interaction potential between the hydrophobic particles, thus making the flocculation process easier to produce Coincides with the test results.
