加工曲轴连杆轴颈时,需测量轴颈端面至曲轴端面的五个距离尺寸(见图),我厂采用过多种类型的卡板及测量工具,但效果均不理想。经多次改造,现用图示的测量工具且稍微移动量具,就可进行多种尺寸测量。该量具的构造及使用方法如下: 支承轴6是一空心棒料,上面固定五个检验柱销,柱销7左侧制成平面,各柱销平面到固定在轴6右端的档块14测量面间的距离正好等于曲轴上需要测量的距离尺寸。右V形块总成12通过圆柱销13与件6固定联接;左V形块总成V可在件6上滑动,借螺钉16压
