本实验观察了多抗甲素对荷瘤小鼠T细胞免疫功能及抗瘤作用的影响,并观察了该药与三尖杉酯碱、平阳霉素合用对荷瘤小鼠抗瘤疗效及抗瘤免疫功能的影响。结果表明:1.多抗甲素具有增加荷瘤小鼠T_H细胞数,减少T_s细胞数的双相作用及增加胂细胞钻瘤率,增加脾细胞自然杀伤活性,同时明显抑制S180肿瘤细胞的作用;2.三尖杉酯碱的抗肿瘤作用系药物的直接毒性作用所致,当其与多抗甲素合用后抗瘤作用明显增强,同时荷瘤鼠T_H细胞数,脾细胞钻瘤作用及自然杀伤活性明显提高;3.平阳霉素有明显的抗S180肿瘤活性以及增加荷瘤鼠细胞免疫功能的作用,当其与多抗甲素合用后免疫功能进一步增强。

Pingyangmycin has obvious anti-S180 tumor activity and increase the immune function of tumor-bearing mouse cells, when combined with the multi-anti-A, the immune function is further enhanced.
