本实验利用神经细胞培养技术,用加入NGF的正调法和加入NGF抗体、NGF受体抗体的负调法、观察了NGF及其受体在胚胎神经细胞发育和存活中的作用。结果显示:NGF可明显促进神经细胞突起生长和细胞存活.加入NGF抗体和NGF受体抗体则引起神经细胞死亡。在培养的第3d.NGF受体开始表达.7d后达到高峰,而后逐渐减少,结果表明:NGF及其受体在胚胎神经细胞发育中有着非常重要的作用。
In this study, we used neural cell culture technology to investigate the role of NGF and its receptors in the development and survival of embryonic neurons by the positive method with addition of NGF and the negative method with the addition of NGF antibody and NGF receptor antibody. The results showed that: NGF can significantly promote neurite outgrowth and cell survival. Addition of NGF antibody and NGF receptor antibody causes neuronal cell death. In the third day of training. NGF receptor begins to express. After 7 days, it reached its peak and then decreased gradually. The results showed that NGF and its receptor play a very important role in the development of embryonic nerve cells.
