“破窗理论”在管理学领域具有非常重要的地位和意义,在图书资料的管理过程中同样也可以借助“破窗理论”进行管理,因为“破窗理论”对图书资料的管理工作会具有一定的指导意义。图书管理人员要想最大化发挥图书资料的价值,最有效的方法便是借助“破窗理论”进行管理。本文主要就“破窗理论”和图书资料管理之间的关系进行分析研究,首先就“破窗理论”相关概念进行阐述,然后对其应用于图书资料管理的可行性进行简要分析,文章最后提出了几点“破窗理论”在图书资料管理中的要求。 “Broken window theory ” has a very important position and significance in the field of management science.
