现就功能失调性子宫出血 (简称功血)的诊断及治疗简要综述如下。１诊断临床工作中 ,准确诊断功血并非易事 ,而误诊“功血”常有发生。防止误诊的方法首先是与有关易混淆的器质性疾病进行鉴别 ,应用必要和灵敏的诊断手段 ,分清无排卵型或有排卵型功血 ,以决定进一步治疗方案。１
