双河油田上部地层蒙脱石含量高,易水化分散造浆,使用PAC系列或两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,提高抑制性。下部地层因多年分层开采和长期强化注水形成不同的压力层系,进入油层(注水层)前必须调整好钻井液性能,加入屏蔽暂堵材料,密度的确定以地质、工程设计和新钻邻井资料为参考依据,以酸溶性铁矿石粉加重。在钻开每个油层(注水层)和起钻前要进行平衡观察,达到不涌不漏。改进双河油田调整井钻井液技术和钻井工程技术措施后,到2000年2月底共钻井30多口,进尺约60000 m,井涌、井漏和井塌现象明显减少,提高了钻井速度,减少了环境污染。
