针对市内电动汽车快速充电设施的规划问题,提出了一种以快速充电设施建设与运营总费用最小化为目标的优化方法。该方法首先将覆盖待规划区域的地图划分为若干个相等的正方形区块。其次根据划分后各区块的交通流量、土地使用费用,并结合快速充电设施布置候选点、充电站容量费用、快速充电机成本与电动汽车渗透率等参数,建立市内快速充电设施规划的数学模型,模型考虑了充电设施服务半径、所建充电设施的电量与容量要求等约束。最后,以北京市五环内区域为算例进行充电设施规划仿真以及结果分析。
