急性四亚甲基二砜四胺中毒患者血清酶变化及其意义

目的 :观察急性四亚甲基二砜四胺中毒 (ATI)患者血清酶变化特点、演变规律 ,探讨其变化与中毒程度及预后关系。方法 :动态观察ATI 6 2例 2周内血清中CK、CK MB、AST、ALT、LDH、α HBDH水平。根据临床表现分轻、中、重三组 ,进行组间酶峰值比较。结果 :CK、CK MB升高迅速 ,峰值出现早 ,恢复快 ;LDH、AST、ALT增高亦快 ,峰值稍迟 ,恢复稍慢 ;α HBDH恢复最慢 ,三组间酶的峰值比较 ,中度组明显高于轻度组 ,重度组明显高于中度组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :ATI对人体组织损害广泛 ,患者不同血清酶 ,有明显不同变化规律。中毒程度越深血清酶越高 ,动态观察血清酶变化有助于估计ATI患者病情转归及预后。 Objective: To observe the characteristics and evolution of serum enzymes in patients with acute tetramethyldisulfonetamine intoxication (ATI) and to explore the relationship between changes and the degree of poisoning and prognosis. Methods: The levels of CK, CK MB, AST, ALT, LDH and α HBDH in serum of 2 cases of ATI 6 2 cases were observed dynamically in two weeks. According to the clinical manifestations of sub-light, medium and heavy three groups, the peak between groups of enzymes were compared. Results: CK and CK MB increased rapidly, the peak appeared earlier and recovered faster; LDH, AST, ALT increased faster, peak slightly later, recovery slower; α HBDH slowest recovery, the peak between the three groups of enzymes compared to moderate Group was significantly higher than mild group, severe group was significantly higher than the moderate group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: ATI has a wide range of damage to human tissues and different serum enzymes in patients with different changes. The higher the degree of poisoning, the higher serum enzymes, dynamic changes in serum enzymes help to assess the prognosis and prognosis of ATI patients.
