通过改变压缩过程中的压缩速率对铸铁进行压缩试验,分析了压缩速率对铸铁的组织形貌、石墨含量、石墨形状因子和石墨间距的影响。结果表明,随压缩速率增加,铸铁的组织形貌没有发生明显变化,石墨颗粒的形状也没有太大变化;但是铸铁中石墨的含量呈不断增加趋势,石墨的形状因子稍微增大,而石墨间距不断减小。当压缩速率为10 s-1时,石墨含量增加到最大值12%,石墨的形状因子达到最大值0.5,而石墨间距达到最小值76.7μm。
The compression test of cast iron was carried out by changing the compression rate during compression. The effect of compression rate on the microstructure, graphite content, graphite shape factor and graphite spacing of cast iron was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the compression rate, the morphology of the cast iron does not change significantly, and the shape of the graphite particles does not change much. However, the graphite content in the cast iron increases continuously, while the graphite shape factor increases slightly. Keep decreasing. When the compression rate is 10 s-1, the content of graphite increases up to 12%, the shape factor of graphite reaches the maximum value of 0.5, and the graphite pitch reaches the minimum value of 76.7 μm.
