在吸气式液体燃料脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)协调工作基础上,为了保证进气效率、减小阻力、提高爆震性能、增加推力,设计了一种钝体气动阀。该钝体气动阀的进气道和钝体推力壁直径与爆震管直径相同,推力壁设置圆柱形凹槽,在钝体外侧设置环形通道,钝体与环形通道出口保持合理间隙。实验证明:不同爆震管直径的钝体气动阀PDE能够协调工作,其爆震燃烧性能优于旋流气动阀,在气动阀前方供油的爆震燃烧性能优于后方供油。
On the basis of coordination of aspirated liquid fuel pulse detonation engine (PDE), a bluff body pneumatic valve was designed to ensure the efficiency of intake air, reduce the resistance, improve the detonation performance and increase the thrust. The diameter of the inlet port and the bluff body of the bluff body pneumatic valve is the same as the diameter of the detonation tube. The thrust wall is provided with a cylindrical groove, an annular passage is arranged on the outer side of the bluff body, and the bluff body and the outlet of the annular passage keep a reasonable clearance. Experiments show that PDE with blunt bodies with different detonation tube diameter can work in coordination, and its detonation combustion performance is better than that of swirl pneumatic valve. The detonation combustion performance ahead of the pneumatic valve is better than that of the rear one.
