【目的】本研究对注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿给予视频长程脑电图监测,探讨视频长程脑电图对于注意缺陷多动障碍的临床意义。【方法】从小儿神经专科门诊中收集ADHD病例以及正常对照组,给予所有入组对象视频长程脑电图描记。【结果】ADHD组儿童脑电图异常率较正常对照组高,表现为θ波、δ波增多,异常放电增多。分6~7、7~8、9~14岁三个年龄段比较ADHD组与正常对照组清醒期脑电图α节律波幅以及频率,ADHD各年龄组α节律平均波幅、平均频率低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过视频长程脑电图检查,从脑电图异常率、α节律平均波幅、平均频率等神经电生理指标比较反映出ADHD组脑功能存在异常,神经元兴奋性较正常降低。【结论】视频长程脑电图检查可以真实反映ADHD患者脑功能,对临床诊疗ADHD有一定帮助。
【Objective】 In this study, video long-range EEG monitoring was performed in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to explore the clinical significance of video long-range electroencephalography in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. 【Methods】 ADHD cases and normal controls were collected from pediatric neurology outpatient department and all the subjects were enrolled in video long-range electroencephalography. 【Results】 The abnormal rate of EEG in children with ADHD was higher than that of the normal control group, showing θ wave, δ wave increasing and abnormal discharge increasing. The frequency and frequency of alpha rhythm of aphasia and the mean rhythm of α rhythm in ADHD group and normal control group at 6 ~ 7, 7 ~ 8 and 9 ~ 14 years old were lower than those in normal control Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Through long-range video EEG examination, compared with the electrophysiological indexes such as anomalous rate of EEG, mean amplitude of a rhythm, average frequency and so on, the abnormal brain function of ADHD group showed that the excitability of neurons was lower than normal. 【Conclusion】 Video long-range EEG can truly reflect the brain function of patients with ADHD, and is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ADHD.
