目的构建含BAALC（brain and acute leukemia,cytoplasmic）1-6-8转录本的逆转录病毒表达载体。方法从KASUMI-1细胞株中提取mRNA,应用RT-PCR技术扩增BAALC 1-6-8获得目的基因,选用pMDTM18-TVector做TA克隆。分别双酶切TA克隆获得的阳性质粒和pcDNATM3.1/myc-His A＋质粒,琼脂糖电泳纯化回收前者的小片段和后者的大片段,应用T4连接酶连接后转化至E.coliDH5α中。PCR扩增BAALC-myc-His基因序列,双
