随着我国经济的快速发展,对天然气的需求日益增多,不断加大了对天然气的开采力度。在我国的气田开采和其废水处理过程中会产生污泥。在对污泥的干化过程中存在着污泥干化周期长、含水率高、极易腐化、运输困难等问题。同时,为了一直天然气水合物的生成,会向气井和采气管线加入甲醇,并在集气站进行分离,从而会产生含油含醇污泥。含油含醇污泥的成分比较复杂,含有许多油类、甲醇、无机盐和金属离子等,具有腐蚀性强、结构速度快的特点,而且甲醇是有毒物质,没有经过处理直接排放会对大气造成严重的污染,危害气田的正常生产和稳定运行。因此,需要对含油含醇污泥进行无公害化处理。本文通过分析含油含醇污泥处理技术工艺,对含油含醇污泥进行科学合理的处理和利用,保证气田的正常运行,降低环境污染。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the demand for natural gas is increasing day by day, and the exploitation of natural gas is being intensified. Sludge is generated during gas field mining and wastewater treatment in our country. In the sludge drying process there is a long period of sludge drying cycle, high moisture content, highly corrosive, transportation difficulties and other issues. In the meantime, in order to generate gas hydrate continuously, methanol is added to the gas well and the gas production line and separated at the gas gathering station to produce oil-containing alcohol-containing sludge. The composition of the oil-containing alcohol sludge is rather complicated and contains many oils, methanol, inorganic salts and metal ions. It has the characteristics of strong corrosiveness and fast structure. Moreover, methanol is a toxic substance and can be directly discharged into the atmosphere without being treated Serious pollution, endangering the normal gas field production and stable operation. Therefore, the need for oil-containing alcohol sludge pollution-free treatment. In this paper, by analyzing the technology of oil-containing alcohol sludge treatment, the oil-containing alcohol sludge is scientifically and reasonably treated and utilized to ensure the normal operation of the gas field and reduce the environmental pollution.
