本文介绍用一组真空可变间隙电容器,在60Hz~10kHz频率范围内,绝对测定参考电容器损耗因数的结果。在测量过程中采用了完全替代法及微差法,以消除测量装置引入的误差;并用微处理机对测量数据用最小二乘法进行处理,以消除某些由于人的因素产生的误差。测量结果用环形交叉电容器进行了核对,在1kHz时,测定10、100pF电容器损耗因数的绝对不确定度(2σ)分别为1.5×10~(-7)和1×10~(-7)。
This article describes a set of vacuum variable gap capacitors in the 60Hz ~ 10kHz frequency range, the absolute determination of the reference capacitor loss factor results. In the measurement process using a complete alternative method and the micro-difference method to eliminate the error introduced by the measuring device; and the microprocessor using the least square method of measurement data processing to eliminate some human-caused error. The measurement results were checked with a ring-shaped cross-capacitor. The absolute uncertainty (2σ) for the loss factor of 10,100pF capacitors measured at 1kHz was 1.5 × 10 -7 and 1 × 10 -7, respectively.
