Tea has no arrogance of wine, no coffees nor cocoa-making innocent tea ceremony is one of Japan’s greatest mimicry creation. It is said that originated in the religious rituals of Buddhist monks Yuhang by heart. When the monks gathered to hold the mysterious communion ceremony in front of the Bodhidhameas image, they took turns to drink tea in a bowl. It was this Zen ceremony that finally developed into a Japanese tea ceremony in the 15th century. In fact, tea trees originated in southern China were included in the books on Chinese medicine and botany as early as the fourth and fifth centuries and have become the favorite drink for the residents of the Yangtze River. In the Tang Dynasty, tea finally freed itself from vulgarity and reached the ultimate ideal state. Lu Yu
