SE系列三端误差取样放大电路是日本三肯公司的产品,电气性能及参数见表1和2。所有数据均用MF7型万用表R×1kΩ档测得。该三端误差取样集成块广泛应用于国产、进口大、中屏幕彩电的开关电源电路中。目前市场上这几种器件尚不好购买,笔者通过对该集成块的分析,利用分立元件制作成该误差取样集成块,其成本低廉、制作方便,供SE系列元件损坏后代用。由于SE系列误差取样集成电路种类较多,故分立元件组件设微调电阻,以适应不同型号的SE系列集成电路的代换。电路原理图见图1、2所示。
SE series of three-terminal error sampling amplifier circuit is Japan’s three Ken companies, electrical performance and parameters in Table 1 and 2. All data are measured with MF7 multimeter R × 1kΩ file. The three-terminal error sampling manifold is widely used in domestic, imported large and medium-screen color TV switching power supply circuit. Currently on the market these kinds of devices are not good to buy, the author through the analysis of the manifold, the use of discrete components made of the error sampling manifold, its low cost, easy to make, for the SE series components damaged after the replacement. Because SE series error sampling IC types, so discrete components set fine-tuning resistance, in order to adapt to different types of SE series substitution of integrated circuits. Circuit diagram shown in Figure 1,2.
