伴随着旅游业的发展而产生的旅游教育事业,一方面为行业培养并输送了大量的专业人才,提供了可观的智力支持和人力资源保障;另一方面,在新的旅游发展态势下也暴露出诸多问题,如数量布局和规模布局不尽合理,人才的特质与市场的需求契合度不高,旅游教育人才培养模式尚待优化等等。在旅游行业竞争的焦点逐步由资源竞争转化为人才竞争的今天,旅游教育事业中存在的上述种种问题,将会成为我国旅游业持续、健康发展的直接制约。因此,探索研究出一套具有普适性和推广意义的旅游专业人才培养模式成为摆在旅游教育工作者面前的一道亟待解决的课题。

Today, the focus of competition in the tourism industry is gradually transformed from resource competition to talent competition. The above problems in tourism education will become the direct constraints on the sustained and healthy development of tourism in our country. Therefore, exploring and developing a set of training model of tourism professionals with universal significance and promotion has become an urgent problem to be solved before tourism educators.
