本刊讯6月6~7日,中美航空新技术论坛在京召开,民航局副局长李健在论坛上表示,中国民航在《中国民航安全生产“十二五”规划(2011~2015年)》及《中国民用航空安全规划纲要(2011~2020年)》中,对航空新技术的应用做出了系统安排。今后一段时期内,中国民航将重点从四个方面推进航空新技术的应用。一是继续实施《中国民航基于性能的导航实施路线图》,实现全国范围内的精密(或类精密)进近飞行程序。进一步研究并推广基于性能的导航(PBN)、广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)、卫星着陆系统(GLS)、电子飞行包(EFB)、平显系统(HUD)、增强飞行视觉系统(EVS)、飞机性能实时计算分析和评估审查系统等项目。
