4月22日,国土资源部发布《2013中国国土资源公报》。根据公报,截至2013年底,84个重点城市处于抵押状态的土地面积为40.39万公顷,抵押贷款总额7.76万亿元,同比分别增长15.8%和30.4%。公报还显示,2013年全年土地抵押面积净增5.33万公顷,抵押贷款净增1.77万亿元——自2010年以来,土地净增抵押面积和净增抵押贷款呈逐年上升趋势。另外,在土地出让方面,公报显示,2013年共出让国有建设用地36.70万公顷,出让合同价款4.20万亿元,同比分别增长13.7%和56.3%。其中,招标、拍卖、挂牌出让土地面积33.88万公顷,占出让总面积的92.3%;出让合同价款4.04万亿元,占出让合同总价款的96.2%。
April 22, Ministry of Land and Resources released the “2013 China Land and Resources Bulletin.” According to the communiqué, as of the end of 2013, the land area of 84 key cities in mortgage status was 403,900 hectares, with total mortgage loans of 7.76 trillion yuan, up 15.8% and 30.4% respectively over the same period of previous year. The communiqué also showed a net increase of 53,300 hectares of land mortgages and a net increase of 1.77 trillion yuan of mortgage loans for 2013. Since 2010, the net area of land mortgages and the net increase of mortgage loans have been increasing year by year. In addition, in the land transfer, the communique shows that in 2013 a total of 367,000 hectares of state-owned construction land was transferred, with the contract value of 4.20 trillion yuan, up 13.7% and 56.3% respectively over the same period of previous year. Among them, bidding, auctioning and listing of 338,800 hectares of land area, accounting for 92.3% of the total area of the transfer; the contract price of 4.04 trillion yuan, accounting for 96.2% of the total contract price.
