为实现某小型旋挖钻鹅头轻量化设计,在鹅头整体结构有限元分析的基础上,抓住主要承载部件,建立鹅头局部结构有限元模型。基于Optistruct软件提供的拓扑优化方法,对模型进行优化设计,最终确定一种较优的结构。优化后的数值结果表明,鹅头在满足结构刚强度条件下实现了结构质量最小化。证明上述方法在旋挖钻鹅头结构设计中可行且有效。
In order to realize the lightweight design of a small rotary drilling goose head, based on the finite element analysis of the goose head overall structure, the main load bearing components are grasped to establish the finite element model of local structure of goose head. Based on the topology optimization method provided by Optistruct software, the model is optimized and finally a better structure is determined. The optimized numerical results show that the goose head can minimize the structural quality under the condition of satisfying the structural rigidity. It is proved that the above method is feasible and effective in the design of rotary drilling goose head structure.
