应用热氧化表面处理技术,在TC4表面制备了金红石型的TiO_2氧化膜.考察了热氧化改性TC4合金分别在去离子水和PAO10润滑条件下的摩擦学特性,并通过磨损表面分析讨论了其在不同条件下的减摩抗磨机理.结果表明:经过热氧化改性的TC4合金,无论在PAO10润滑条件还是去离子水润滑条件下,都表现出优异的摩擦学性能.相较于未处理的TC4表面,改性TC4合金在PAO10和去离子水润滑条件下磨损率分别下降了99%(50 N,5 cm/s)和98%(10 N,9 cm/s).
The thermal oxidation surface treatment technology was used to prepare the rutile TiO 2 oxide film on the surface of TC 4. The tribological properties of TC 4 alloy after thermal oxidation modified with deionized water and PAO 10 were investigated respectively, The results show that TC4 alloy modified by thermal oxidation shows excellent tribological properties both in PAO10 and deionized water lubrication conditions.Compared with the untreated TC4 surface, the wear rate of the modified TC4 alloy decreased by 99% (50 N, 5 cm / s) and 98% (10 N, 9 cm / s) under PAO10 and deionized water lubrication conditions, respectively.
