反思是对过去行为的思考与总结,被认为是自主学习的重要组成部分,是构成自主学习能力的重要因素,对培养学习者的自主学习能力起着重要的作用。本文旨在通过促进学生反思的能力,进一步提高其自主学习能力,从而促进英语水平的提高。采用实验前测—实验—实验后测的研究方法。实验组通过反思日志记录学习的目标、学习的过程,通过反思解决英语学习中存在的问题等。在实验前后采用问卷对学生的自主学习能力进行测量,对比实验组与对照组之间变化。
Rethinking is the thinking and summarizing of the past behaviors. It is considered as an important part of autonomous learning, an important factor to form autonomous learning ability, and plays an important role in cultivating learners’ autonomous learning ability. The purpose of this paper is to promote students’ ability to reflect on their own and further enhance their ability to learn independently so as to promote their English proficiency. Using pre-test - test - experimental post-test research methods. The experimental group recorded the goal of learning, the process of learning through reflection log, and solved the problems in English learning through reflection. Before and after the experiment, questionnaires were used to measure the students’ autonomous learning ability, and to compare the changes between the experimental group and the control group.
