我们董庄矿校根据学校现有基础差、起点低的特点,近几年来狠抓教师教学“五认真”不放,以作业规范化为突破口,带动教学的其它环节正常运转,严格按教育规律办事,减轻了学生的负担,显著提高了教育教学质量,学校也由全局出了名的落后单位一跃而为局优秀学校。我们的具体做法是:
We Dongzhuang Mining School pays close attention to teachers’ teaching “five earnest” in the past few years according to the existing poor foundation and low starting point of the school.
