目的研究社区“国医堂”员工工作满意度现状,探索满意度影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法选取石家庄市23所和天津市11所社区卫生服务机构中的“国医堂”员工作为调查对象,利用工作满意度调查量表调查其工作满意度。结果工作满意度平均得分为3.50分。工作相关的6个因素平均得分分别为:领导与管理3.36分,晋升与培训3.15分,人际关系4.05分,工作条件3.18分,报酬与福利3.12分,工作本身3.20分。其中无离职想法较有离职想法的员工满意度显著增高(P<0.05)。结论社区“国医堂”员工工作满意度受多方面因素影响,满意度有待进一步提高。
Objective To study the current status of job satisfaction of community “Guo Yi Tang” staff and explore the influencing factors of satisfaction. Methods The method of convenient sampling was used to investigate the status of “National Medical University” employees in 23 community health service institutions in Shijiazhuang City and Tianjin City. The job satisfaction scale was used to investigate their job satisfaction. Results The average job satisfaction score was 3.50 points. The average work-related scores of six factors were: leadership and management of 3.36, promotion and training of 3.15, interpersonal relationship of 4.05, working conditions of 3.18, pay and benefits of 3.12, and work of 3.20. Among them, the employee satisfaction without leaving the idea was significantly higher than that with the departure idea (P<0.05). Conclusion The job satisfaction of the community “Guo Yi Tang” staff is affected by many factors, and the satisfaction needs to be further improved.
