目的 :观察消风除湿胶囊对大鼠肺纤维化形态学的影响。方法 :利用博莱霉素诱导大鼠肺纤维化模型 ,通过测定肺系数、行HE染色和Masson染色及透射电镜的方法 ,观察消风除湿胶囊对博莱霉素大鼠肺损伤的影响。结果 :消风除湿胶囊可减轻博莱霉素大鼠肺损伤性肺泡炎及肺纤维化的程度 ,减轻肺泡上皮细胞基膜的损伤。结论 :消风除湿胶囊具有抑制肺纤维化的作用 Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaofeng Chushi Capsule on the morphology of pulmonary fibrosis in rats. METHODS: Bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats was used to determine the effect of Xiaofeng Chushi capsule on lung injury in rats by measuring lung coefficient, HE staining, Masson staining, and transmission electron microscopy. Results: Xiaofeng Hushi Capsule can reduce the degree of pulmonary alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis in bleomycin-induced rat lung, and reduce the damage of alveolar epithelial cell basement membrane. Conclusion : Xiaofeng Chushi Capsule can inhibit pulmonary fibrosis
