职业规划,是指个人在与经历的各种工作场景(家庭、学校、社区、工作地点等)及其各种事件(就业、为人父母、换工作等)共同作用下,在对自己职业的主客观条件进行测定、分析、总结研究的基础上,对自己的兴趣、爱好、能力、特长、经历及不足等各方面进行综合分析与权衡,确定其最佳的职业奋斗目标与措施。目前,我国普通高中学生总数已达到2500多万,每年约有800多万人毕业,他们或进入各类学校学习,或走向社会加入劳 Occupational planning refers to the personal work experience (family, school, community, place of work, etc.) and its various events (employment, parenting, job change, etc.) Objective conditions to determine, analyze and summarize the basis of the study on their own interests, hobbies, abilities, strengths, experiences and deficiencies and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis and trade-offs to determine its best career goals and measures.
