当前,很多大学生都缺乏体育健身的意识,而大学生作为我国的高知群体,其身心状况的健康与否不仅关系到个人的健康,而且关乎到国家未来的发展。同时培养其良好的体育健身意识,也是响应国家全民健身的需要。为此本文首先介绍了大学生体育健身意识的现状,其次分析了影响大学生体育健身意识的因素,最后探析了增强大学生体育健身意识的途径,以期通过笔者的简单论述能全面提升大学生的体育健身意识,改善大学生的身心健康状况,更好的响应全面健身号召,提升全民健身的数量与质量。
At present, many college students lack awareness of physical fitness. However, as a Kaohsiung group in China, college students are not only concerned with the health of their body and mind but also with the development of the country in the future. At the same time to develop their good sense of physical fitness, but also to respond to national fitness needs. This paper first introduces the current situation of college students’ awareness of physical fitness, followed by analysis of the factors that affect college students’ awareness of physical fitness, and finally explores the ways to enhance the awareness of physical fitness among college students in order to enhance students’ awareness of physical fitness through the author’s simple exposition, Improve the physical and mental health of college students, better response to a comprehensive fitness call, enhance the number and quality of fitness.
