目的:探讨京尼平苷对慢性前列腺炎(chron ic prostatitis,CP)模型大鼠的作用。方法:采用前列腺内注射消痔灵方法复制慢性前列腺炎模型,随机分为模型组、阳性药组(前列康片组,2 g.kg-1)及京尼平苷高、中、低剂量组(20,10,5 mg.kg-1)。观察给药后各组大鼠前列腺指数、白细胞和卵磷脂小体数量、乳酸脱氢酶5与乳酸脱氢酶1的比值(LDH5/LDH1)以及前列腺病理改变,并对前列腺组织内炎细胞、成纤维细胞、腺体数量和腺腔的面积等形态学变化情况进行分析。结果:京尼平苷高、中剂量组、前列康片组与模型组比较,前列腺指数、白细胞数和LDH5/LDH1均明显下降,而卵磷脂小体数量显著上升(P<0.01或P<0.05);京尼平苷高剂量组及前列康片组与模型组相比,间质中炎细胞数、成纤维细胞数均显著降低,腺体数量与腺腔面积明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高、中剂量京尼平苷可减轻炎细胞浸润、抑制纤维组织增生和恢复前列腺分泌功能,对大鼠慢性前列腺炎具有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of geniposide on chronic prostatitis (CP) model rats. Methods: The model of chronic prostatitis was induced by injection of Xiaozhiling into the prostate. The models were randomly divided into model group, positive drug group (Qianliekang tablet group, 2 g.kg-1), and geniposide high, middle and low dose group (20, 10, 5 mg.kg-1). Prostate index, the number of white blood cells and lecithin, the ratio of lactate dehydrogenase 5 to lactate dehydrogenase 1 (LDH5 / LDH1), and the pathological changes of prostate in each group were observed after administration. The levels of inflammatory cells, Fibroblasts, the number of glands and glandular cavity area and other morphological changes were analyzed. Results: Compared with the model group, the prostate index, white blood cell count and LDH5 / LDH1 were significantly decreased, while the lecithin body number was significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05) ); Compared with the model group, the number of inflammatory cells and fibroblasts in the geniposide high-dose and Qianliekang groups were significantly decreased, the number of glands and glandular cavity area were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: High dose and middle dose of geniposide can reduce inflammatory cell infiltration, inhibit the proliferation of fibrous tissue and restore the function of prostatic secretion, and has a good therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis in rats.
