目的:了解南昌地区头癣临床特征和病原菌特点。方法:收集所有2013年7月—2014年6月在江西省皮肤病专科医院真菌科首次就诊的所有头癣患者,进行问卷调查、真菌镜检和真菌培养,致病菌通过形态学鉴定到菌种。结果:共诊断116例头癣患者,患者年龄为9个月~74岁,平均年龄为(13.9±18.6)岁,其中>15岁患者16例。临床以黑点癣为主,共79例(68.1%),其次为脓癣34例(29.3%),白癣3例(2.6%)。共分离到108株致病菌,其中紫色毛癣菌株68株(63.0%),须癣毛癣菌18株(16.7%),断发毛癣菌7株(6.5%),红色毛癣菌6株(5.6%),犬小孢子菌5株(4.6%),石膏样小孢子菌4株(3.7%)。结论:南昌地区头癣以紫色毛癣菌引起的黑点癣为主,脓癣多由须癣毛癣菌引起(64%)。
Objective: To understand the clinical features and pathogens of tinea capitis in Nanchang area. Methods: All patients with tinea capitis who were first seen in the Department of Mycology, Department of Dermatology, Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Dermatology from July 2013 to June 2014 were collected for questionnaires, fungal microscopy and fungal culture. Pathogenic bacteria were identified by morphology Species. Results: A total of 116 cases of patients with tinea capitis were diagnosed. The patients were from 9 months to 74 years. The mean age was (13.9 ± 18.6) years old, of which 16 were> 15 years old. Clinical black ringworm-based, a total of 79 cases (68.1%), followed by 34 cases of psoriasis (29.3%), 3 cases of white ringworm (2.6%). A total of 108 pathogens were isolated, of which 68 (63.0%) were Trichophyton verrucosum, 18 (16.7%) Trichophyton mentagrophytes, 7 (6.5%) Trichophyton mentagrophytes, 6 Trichophyton rubrum (5.6%), 5 canis canis (4.6%) and 4 (3.7%) gypsum microsporum. Conclusion: Tinea capitis in Nanchang is dominated by black point ringworm caused by Trichophyton rubrum. Trichophyton mentagrophytes is the most common cause of tinea capitis in Nanchang area (64%).
