科技的进步与社会的发展带动了企业在市场经济下的稳步前进,而现代的企业职工培训能够进一步帮助企业提高生产效率,是企业不断发展的基本保证,具有重要的现实意义。所以企业的发展要从其实际条件为出发点,与国内外先进的培训经验相结合,制定出一套符合我国国情的员工培训体系,随时完善管理机制。本文以目前企业员工培训的过程中出现的问题为讨论重点,借此找到加强员工培训的管理措施。
The progress of science and technology and the development of society have driven the steady progress of enterprises under the market economy. Modern enterprise staff training can further help enterprises to improve the production efficiency, which is the basic guarantee for the continuous development of enterprises and has important practical significance. Therefore, the development of enterprises should start from its actual conditions and combine with advanced training experiences at home and abroad to formulate a staff training system that is in line with China’s national conditions and improve its management mechanism at any time. In this paper, the current problems in enterprise staff training process for the discussion focus, to find ways to strengthen staff training management.
