电力市场的发展以及电动汽车的大规模应用,使得电动汽车代理能够通过参与市场竞标减少电动汽车用户的充电成本。在此背景下,以电动汽车代理竞标行为会影响市场电价为前提,将其他竞标者的报价参数作为模糊变量,电动汽车行为视为随机变量,构造了电动汽车代理参与日前和实时电能市场的二层竞标策略模型,上层以充电成本最低为目标决策最优竞标策略,下层为日前和实时电能市场的出清模型。该竞标策略模型包含了随机和模糊两类不确定变量,属于随机模糊规划问题,采用基于不确定理论的方法求解。算例分析说明了模型及求解算法的有效性,其结果表明所提竞标策略能够有效降低电动汽车充电成本。
The development of the electricity market and the large-scale application of electric vehicles make it possible for electric vehicle dealers to reduce the charging costs of electric vehicle users by participating in market bidding. In this context, taking the bidding behavior of electric vehicles as the precondition of affecting market electricity price, taking the bidding parameters of other bidders as the fuzzy variable and the behavior of electric vehicles as the stochastic variables, the electric vehicle agent’s participation in the second and the forth Level bidding strategy model, the uppermost goal of the lowest cost of charging decision-making optimal bidding strategy, the lower for the current and real-time electricity market clearing model. The bidding strategy model includes two types of random variables and fuzzy uncertainties, belongs to the stochastic fuzzy programming problem, and adopts the method based on uncertainty theory to solve. The example analysis shows the validity of the model and the solution algorithm. The results show that the proposed bidding strategy can effectively reduce the charging cost of electric vehicles.
