3·15国际消费者权益日期间,江苏移动各分公司开展系列客户服务活动,加强与客户沟通,营造放心消费环境,树立服务社会的良好形象。苏州移动与多个地区工商行政管理局、消费者权益保护委员会共同举办“消费者满意——诚信经营的唯一标准”、“携手共治、畅享消费”等广场公益活动,为用户提供业务咨询、售后服务、投诉受理、手机美容等便民服务。同时,在苏州市政府多部门联合举办的3·15特别活动中,苏州移动获得“江苏省诚信单位”荣誉称号。
3.15 During the International Consumer Rights Day, all branches of Jiangsu Mobile conducted a series of customer service activities to enhance communication with customers, create a safe consumption environment and establish a good image of serving the society. In the meantime, Suzhou Mobile won the honor of “Integrity Unit of Jiangsu Province” during the special 3.15 special event jointly organized by Suzhou Municipal Government and various departments.
