在一个群体中无论是在思想品德、行为习惯、学业成绩,必然存在优劣、高低之分,能力和水平的发展是不平衡的,问题学生的存在具有必然性、客观性和普遍性。特别是在新课改下,问题学生的范围更加广泛,教师如何去看待和解决,对学生的影响很大。
